By the way, unlike other affiliate program managers,
you can instruct ClickBank to hold your checks until
they reach the amount you want, $300 for instance.

This is great if your bank charges you a high fee
for cashing in checks, which is the case for most
non-U.S. affiliates.  $10 fees are quite usual, and
although they can wipe out a meaningful amount
from a $20 check (a 50% loss), it's not a big problem
when deducted from a $300 check.
