I've adapted and hosted it in my own autoresponder only
because I prefer to publish the chapters on the web for
easier reading and with these liner notes at the bottom
of each page.  If you don't have your own autoresponder
yet it's perfectly ok to use the ones already setup and
ready to use offered by CBmall.  I took that approach also
for about nine months until I got rid of my laziness and
decided to setup my own.

Warning: Not exactly your list

Hmmm, and there was another reason for setting my own
autoresponders now that I think about it, and I think you
should be aware because it's not very clear in the eCourse:

CBmall's autoresponders work for you as described in the
eCourse: If the users sent by you to CBmall sign up to a
newsletter or to any of the eCourses, they will get the
emails with your affiliate links. What is not clear from
the eCourse is if you will or won't get the users' signup
details like their email and first name for instance.

Well, the answer is no, and it's a fact that annoyed me 
a bit after I became a CBmall owner, so I'm telling you
upfront. Anyway, at that time my only expectations were
to make a few bucks out of CBmall, at least to pay for the
investment.  It paid off in about 45 days for me, and you
can see the proof here:

So I was happy with my purchase.  After those first sales,
all was and still is pure profit, so I'm even happier! :)

But again, if you're thinking about building YOUR list
sometime in the future and not just "a list that works for
